Economy

The economic and tourism component is realized in partnership with the Department Tourism Association of the Upper-Rhine County (ADT), the CAHR and the Alsace International.

The CEEJA is a partner of the "EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation" based in Brussels and Tokyo, a common structure, created and funded by both the European Commission and the Japanese Government. In this context, our center has relations with the Japan Management Association of Paris (JMAC) and several seminars are held each year for entrepreneurs across Europe and Japan.

Japan and France do not have the same approach of the business world, which sometimes make European professionals become disconcerted. Therefore, in order to facilitate the adaptation to this cultural difference, the CEEJA proposes the organization of awareness trainings in partnership with the Japanese companies in Alsace and the local firms in business with Japan.

Moreover, the CEEJA organizes several activities in the framework of the regional innovation strategy in Alsace, developed by the Alsace Region at the request of the European Union.
